Is using lotion with insect repellent harmful?

My daughter uses this kind of lotion to protect her from dengue carrying mosquitoes. My friend advised me that it may not be good because it contains different chemicals and prolong use of it might be toxic. Is this true?Is using lotion with insect repellent harmful?
It probably is toxic, and that's just the fragrances and plasticizers! Add in a pesticide. Sounds like a petro-plastic coating of chemical carcingens.

However, if there is a huge risk of dengue carrying mosquitoes, the risks of the liquified plasticized pesticide might be lower than the dengue carrying mosquitoes. Is using lotion with insect repellent harmful?
probably, because insect repellents contain all sorts of things. make sure she doesn't use it too often
