I am afraid that there is no such thing as a plug-in spider repellent. Electronic ';repellents'; (which I assume you are referring to) have been shown in studies to be totally ineffective. And, of course, you don't want to spray chemicals in your house.

Most of the pesticides that would be effective against spiders and insects may be more dangerous to a pregnant lady than the critters! If there is someone to help you, you could have the intruders stomped or removed from the building.
