What is the best mosquito repellent to use on my deck?

torches don't work, candles suck, is there really anything good out there that really works? i live in the country and i'm very allergic to mosquitos. i lotion up but i still need something to keep them away while i grill.

thanks in advance and have a great evening :)What is the best mosquito repellent to use on my deck?
OOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! GET MOSQUITO COILS!!!! They are SO awesome!!!

*ahem*

I'm pretty sure it's a coil in a clay like container. You light the coil and as it burns, the smoke and scent of it keep the mostquitos away (not much smoke; you can sit next to it without a problem).

Anway, I wouldn't put one on a ground or collapsible surface.

You're welcome :)

It depends on where you live. Here in the south for example, we use nuclear weapons and nerve gas. This helps some, but not always.
my local lawn service (trugreen chemlawn) offers a mosquito treatment for the lawn that works pretty good. it actually covers a radius that will extend to your neighbors.
Go by home depot or lows and get the mosquito spray that hooks up to garden hose and soak everything around deck and flowers It won,t hurt a thing but the bugs are gone I spray after every rain , hope this helps
