Is it possible if the insect repellent we will use to combine with the rubbing alcohol is lemon eucalyptus? Or there will be negative effects, because of the chemicals use in making the rubbing alcohol.

I would advise against it. Rubbing alcohol is volatile and not good to breathe. It will not stay in the repellent after you apply it, and I'm not sure lemon eucalyptus will work as a repellent anyway. It will probably just make you smell funny. :-)
