What is the best animal repellent spray for gardens?

We have a lot of rabbits and squirrels and I have a very tough time having flowers bloom due to the critters chewing them to a stub...What is the best animal repellent spray for gardens?
Try Liquid Fence. We live in a very rural area and have kind of animal from deer and sometimes bears to gophers, rabbits and squirrels and this is the only thing that works for us. Follow the directions and you end up 'training' them to keep away. I think that it even works for birds but can't prove that.

We get it at the local farm store. A quart lasts over a year depending on how generous my wife gets with it.What is the best animal repellent spray for gardens?
Here's a tried-and-true natural remedy. Once applied to plants, remember to reapply about once a week, and after it rains.

Use a blender and mix water, several raw garlic cloves, a few drops of liquid dish soap, and a few drops of vegetable oil. Blend, put through strainer and spray your plants. Works great!
human hair clippings.
Get a feeder and fill it with sunflower seed and they will leave your flowers alone
Get some sudsy ammonia, put it in a spray end hose and spray the area. This is a cheap soulution and your grass loves the ammonia. I have done this to keep cats from using mu mulch as a potty and keep dogs out of the yard and it works.I would say it would work for other animals too.
